If you don't currently use telephone banking or are having a problem with the log on procedure, contact your member service representative. Please note: If your personal access code starts with "0", you "may" experience a log on problem.
Other Important Information
A) If no action has been processed in 2:00 minutes or more the internet banking will automatically log you off. Even if you click any of the options you will be directed back to the login screen. This is a security feature and can not be turned off.
B) Please avoid the "Back Button" in your browser. internet banking is a "transactional" system that tracks which page you are on, and concludes some transactions by having you return to the Main Menu. It is recommended that you always use the "Main Menu" Button to return to the Main Menu. The "Back Button" in your browser may create errors in certain areas and should be avoided.
C) If you do not understand any features or functions once log into internet banking you can click the 'help' button to find out. If you have any other problems logging into the internet banking simply contact us during regular business hours.
